Surrounded by the dazzling beauty of forests and lakes, modern ski resorts such as \u201cCerro Catedral,\u201d \u201cCerro Chapelco,\u201d \u201cCerro Castor,\u201d \u201cCAM La Hoya,\u201d \u201cCerro Bayo,\u201d \u201cLaderas Cerro Perito Moreno,\u201d \u201cCerro Caviahue,\u201d and \u201cLago Hermoso\u201d offer a variety of possibilities to visitors from around the world who arrive each year.<\/p>\r\n

Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, freestyle skiing, and snowboarding captivate on the diverse slopes of the southernmost region in the world. The winter resorts in Argentine Patagonia offer a wide range of services for experiencing the snow to the fullest: first-class ski and snowboard schools, rental of all types of equipment, tracks for all levels, daycare centers for the little ones, and the option to stay at the base of the hills. Due to its location and orientation, this Center offers optimal snow conditions in extended seasons, from July to October. With 30 tracks for all levels, 14 km of skiable terrain, a maximum vertical drop of 645 m, and 8 ski lifts, \u201cLa Hoya\u201d boasts some of the best powder snow in South America.
