The Argentine Patagonia Official Tourism Entity has collaborated on initiatives within the framework of the “Screen Patagonia” program, which is part of the Screen Tourism strategy and positions the region as a strategic location for quality productions, increasing the visual and narrative value of any project for film or advertising productions. These initiatives contribute to promoting the destination by showcasing its attractions and encouraging the desire to travel to discover them.

2024: Fall-winter graphic campaign for the clothing brand “Desiderata” in the destination of Ushuaia, province of Tierra del Fuego.

The production starred model Tini Bocchino and the chosen locations fostered an encounter with nature and the landscapes of the End of the World.

2022: Film production in northern Neuquén by Elaion Moto and “Mujeres al Mando,” a community of female motorcyclists.

A 4-part miniseries about Route 40 with Elaion Moto, in collaboration with YPF. The tour explores the sites and stories of the inhabitants of northern Neuquén province, starting in the city of Neuquén and covering the “Vaca Muerta” Tourist Route, National Route 40, the Dinosaur Route, the Herding Route, and Provincial Route No. 43, all sites of immense natural and cultural wealth and growing tourism development.

2019: Fall-winter graphic campaign for the clothing brand System Basic in San Carlos de Bariloche, province of Río Negro.

Río Negro landscapes were the setting for a nationwide print campaign. Starring model Sofía “Jujuy” Jimenez, the renowned women’s clothing brand System Basic launched its winter campaign for next year.

2019: National Geographic film production in the provinces of Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, and Chubut.

National Geographic’s documentary series “Sobrevolando” featuring stunning images aired on Disney+ and the NatGeo Channel.

The production team toured El Calafate, El Chaltén, Fitz Roy, Jaramillo, Puerto Deseado, Ushuaia, Tolhuin, Puerto Almanza, the Valdés Peninsula, and Puerto de Rawson, capturing the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Argentine Patagonia using drones.

2015/2016: Film production of the tourist program “Alle falde del Kilimangiaro” broadcast on the Italian television channel RAI 3.

Journalists from the travel program Kilimangiaro on Italian television RAI 3 visited Patagonia and filmed images that were used in documentaries about the region.

The circuit covered the provinces of Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, and Chubut in the first stage.

In the second stage, the tour visited the province of Río Negro, touring the most traditional sites in the mountain range.
