“Isla de los Estados” Wild Nature Reserve

Located in the province of Tierra del Fuego, it is also home to “Isla de los Estados” and the “Año Nuevo” Archipelago (“Observatorio,” Goffré, Zeballos, and Elizalde Islands). It was established in 2016 and guarantees the protection of 52,736 acres of Tierra del Fuego, home to a rich biodiversity and part of the backdrop for Argentine maritime history.
